Board sensor not reading the end of the board. Sensor reads 152 on board and zero off the board. Also, board size reads correctly on the machine off the sled. What am I forgetting?

The problem could be that the rear roller is not switching when it comes off of the board onto the carrier. Maybe the head is clamped down a little too much.

Tried cleaning the rollers (last job was lithopane on board sled no problem running job) made sure rollers clean, working and free, raised the MDF about 1/32 above Universal sled tried a test measure of same board with a simple circle program. Measured length 13.480 correctly and failed on the board end of the 17 inch measure. Removed and cleaned the board sensor. Tested it OK. Tried blocking end of board with black tape, nada! Taped a piece if white paper on MDF, nada! Machine keeps running past the end of the board. Measures the board correctly when board directly on the belts.

Try making the board 1/8" proud of the sled. The rear roller switch is not clicking when the roller drops onto the sled. The 1/32" is not enough.
