Clear board sensor error

I need your help. I keep getting the clear board sensor error. I have done everything the trouble shooting guide suggests to do. I've talked to the tech people at CW half a dozen times. After checking everything they tell me to check, they say it has to be a problem with my board. Since they say the board senor is reading correctly. Well I've tried 3 different projects using 3 different boards, cypress, maple, and cherry. And I STILL get the board sensor error message. Any other suggestions as to what is causing my problem?? What exactly is the machine doing when you get error message?

The machine starts to measure the board. It measures the width just fine. But when it gets to "beginning" of the board it stops and gives me the "clear board sensor" error message.
