Ken is one of our pioneers in the CarveWright Family joining February 2007.

Please keep him and his family in your prayers as he nears the end of his time here on earth.

Doc we love you and thank you for all you have done for us.

Doc has a few wishes before then, prayers that they get realized.

Thank you, Connie, what a nice, but a strange thing to see when signing in.

I needed to ask for someone to replicate a plaque that I made several years ago that is the last thing posted in my Projects gallery a multi-layered plaque.
I've asked Floyd, Rick Mock, and someone else whose name escapes me just now Darrel(?) & son.

Anyway, I was trying to find someone close to me swapping either my Jet thickness drum sander or Jet(?) 1.5 HP dust collector for five easily created [after creating the project patterns and glue-ups] for five plaque/Urns [holes in the back of it for some ashes.
That was why I was hoping to find someone close to Waynesville Ohio 45068

Incidentally, if you are interested in knowing about where you are going when you die, check out the Carol Bowman forum where I'm a moderator - could not resist this opportunity to state that.
If you have had seemingly para-psychological experiences, you will understand, otherwise, you will consider me as Crazy.

Good to see you still signing in!

Hope you get your plaques done.

Yep, still getting up and disliking it. I can't keep my body temperature up high enough to have the electronic thermometers make a reading. I had a pacemaker implanted TOTALLY IN MY HEART in August after my heart stopped twice. I had some financial things I needed to do - now I can't get my body to die so I can transition back Home (where we all have planned our rough-draft of our next lifetime IMHO).

Thanks, guys, I wish that I'd been able to continue carving or at least given my machines to my grandsons or the two friends that I became father-figures for, two mechanical-minded gentlemen. I moved the 12-step guide to my misspelled Jewlery thread.

Rest in Peace Ken

I just saw this today...

Then I saw a PM from Ken 3 weeks ago. He saw I had checked in and was on the Forum and sent me a note asking how I liked the 2 machines he sold me last year.

They have a Good Home here... I wish I had seen the PM sooner and had a chance to reply to him...

RIP Ken.

How sad. I haven't been on these forums for quite a while, but I know how quickly he was always willing to help. He even had me call him once so he could walk me through how to fix something. God bless him and his family.
