Quick change chuck

I have been out for a little over a year and am behind. I have the 1/2 quick change adapter and need a 1/4 one. I also need the set screws. Are these no longer available and what is the replacement? thanks charlie

The quick change chuck was replaced with the Carvetite chuck system. If you need the quick change adapters, they are out there. I have a few I could part with, as I have Carvetite in all my machines.
