Adding the RingNeck DC

I’m having trouble understanding how to install the RingNeck DC.
Do you have to cut the clear plastic door or cut the black piece below the door?

It looks like you missed down loading the cover modification and installation instructions from the link in your order email.. No worries here is a link to it...
