I've spent an hour rearranging my icons on Desiner pro 3. I've made sure I have no new updates. I have also made sure that the reset tool box after closing the program is off as well. Every time I close the program, all my icons reset. I've spent another hour searching, trying to find a fix. No luck. Please help.
