Text keeps disappearing

It has been awhile since I have used any text Each and everytime I put the text on the board and hit enter IT DISAPPEARS.Any one have an idea what I am doing wrong. Thanks in advance. Trying to carve UNITED STATES AIR FORCE FOR A WW2 VETERAN.

If you are putting the text in a cave region check your depths. You may have to use merge additive or subtractive.

Also, if you are placing centerline text in a carve region you will need the Conforming Vectors add-on. If you already have it just click on the "Conform" box on the toolbar.

And speaking of disappearing TEXT... Some fancy text, the far left side of some fancy first letters will be missing from the carve... In that case use a TAB 1 space then start your text.
