Need Help!

I can not figure out why the end of the rectangular sign I am trying to make ends up curving. I cleaned the sensor. I have blown all the dust out. I am making sure to tighten the machine with the red pull out handle on the side. I am making sure the board slides in and out easily each time I have inserted it.

Help please!
