Screen locked

I’m a newbie - I’ve got the grapes on the board and a carve region with 1/4” feather - now screen seems locked - when I left I get a tone - can’t undo - can’t open anything- what did I do wrong?

It sounds like the program locked up. You need to close it down and start it back up. You might need to do it with task manager.
