Parts included with HD Traction Belts?

I ordered the Heavy Duty Traction Belts a while back but didn't get around to installing them for a few months. When I finally did, I realized I was missing parts besides the belts that needed replacing. I most probably lost them, but it's possible that they weren't sent.

Does anyone know which parts are sent with the belts so that I can order them? Carvewright support has been no help except to tell me to look it up in the exploded views.

When you ordered them you should have received an email to down load the replacement instructions.
