Error 9 Re-format card

when I am using the program I can erase the card and reformat but and load my protects on it I can carve Letters easy v vectors but when I try to carve a picture or a larger image it goes to 2 or 3 % than the machine stops and ask me to remove the card and reformat with an error code

I have tryied another flash card from another machine that I have and it works, since this is a bad card and I will buy another one I have openned anyway found a really poor soldered pins, this card didn't look good from day one the tabs were loose, I will resolde it tomorrow or just get another card anyway.
