Help with lines

I am trying to make a board for a cutout pattern. After connecting all the lines, it doesn't give me an option for the cut. Any help with what I'm doing wrong would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Under view "toggle non-end points" You will see the points that need to be connected. Drag the point slightly until you see the red cross.
