Historical A-10 File

Years ago, someone was kind enough to help with with an A-10 ptn file. The subject strings have since been erased or archived, and I have no idea whom it was.

Attached is an image of the ptn, if you have the original mpw file, please reach out to me. I need it to convert to STL.

What is the actual name of the pattern? That would help for searching it out.
