My machine will not measure the board and will allowed to carve anything does anyone know what cat look for and to fix it

You need to be more specific. Just what does the machine do?

I think that would be the rear roller switch. The machine waits for the rear roller to drop (switch to open) before it looks for the end of the board. If the roller switch does not switch, the board keeps moving. Lift the left side of the rear roller up and down. Listen for the click of the switch. A blast of compressed air may be needed to blow out the dust.

IF you use a board that is TOO Thin then it runs right out of the machine.


If one of your rubber roller switches sticks then it lets the board run right out. Use Sensor data to check switches.


A dirty board sensor can do it too... but 99% of the time it is a board less than 3/4 inch thick like 1/2 inch that does it.

thank you it was a roller I fix it and up and running
