Error Message Help Please

Hi All,

I have sent my machine to carvewright to go over do any maintenance, cleaning and any thing else that needs be done. I was working on a sign for a friend ant every time I tried to do Text i would receive this message: Font Generator Version does not match Designer version:GOT NONEs.b.3 (https://forum.carvewright.com/showthread.php?30085-Receiving-error-Font-Generator-Version-does-not-match-Designer-version-GOT-NONEs-b-3)
Can anyone tell me what this is and what it means?
