2 Sided thickness

My carving depth is set at .468 on each side. My height on each side is 100%. The Walnut that I’m using is 1.25 thick. I need my final thickness of the carving to come out to .937. I keep getting a thickness of 1.125 when done. What do I need to change,and IF possible please explain why??

Your final thickness is based on the height/depth of the top of the pattern. Hold your mouse pointer over the top of the pattern and view the depth at that point in the bottom left corner in designer. Do the math to calculate the total thickness. Based on what you said you are only taking a total of 0.125 off on both sides. You need to either carve deep and/or lower the pattern height.
