Again, beautiful!! Your design/layout is awesome. Do you create all of the patterns along with the design?? Just fantastic products.. Shows why you have found a market for your product.
Thx for sharing,
Rick H

Thank you for the nice remarks. We do not create all of our patterns we use several different vendors although we do create some when needed. The busier we get the more we rely on outside graphics. I can appreciate all of the pattern designers here on the forum, it is a lot of work. Cheryl does all of the design and layout work, also the painting. I get to do the sanding, staining, final finish and machine repair / pm work.

These are awesome and inspiring. Just checked out your website these are great looking signs. Seems to me there could be a great market if you wanted to sell the MPC of these.

Thank you Diane. It has been a constant learning process, from the graphic design to painting, staining and finishing. Seems like we are always finding something new or trying to do better,

Thank you, probably would not get into marketing mpc or graphics, we really enjoy constructing and making the plaques for customers. Most of our work is custom and the anniversary plaques are our favorites. It is really kind of neat to be able to make something that really means so much to the person making the request and being able to work with them in the design process.

Excellent work !!!!

Please share how you are doing the fine text like the July date????? A Single stroke font? Bit type? Almost looks like it is done by a laser engraver....

Thanks,

AL

Al,
I'm not sure on the font (Cheryl does the designing) it is a single stroke centerline text and we do use version 3 for this. The bit is a 30 degree set at 60 degree for this. Depending on the font and the size we will run 90,60,45,30, or 22 degree bits. We have done enough that we can anticipate the results but when we first started we would always run a test board before the actual to make sure we had it right.
