I seem to have a lot of front to back movement in my cutting truck . Is there adjustments in the bearings ? I thought I'd get some input before I tore into my machine . Thanks

Is the truck loose or is the spindle loose in the truck? If the spindle is loose in the truck, a corrugated ring called a tolerance ring may have fallen out.

The wrench you need is a thin 12mm open end, for the Z truck bearings. Right side normally have the adjustable bearings. If they are loose you should Loctite them. 242 is the removable strength used for this task. If they are loose also check bearings, as the Loctite from factory build came loose, which could have come from excess heat from the bearings.

The bolts thru the bearings loosened up , the bearings seem to be fine . Now after putting it back together it doesn't want to travel all the way to the right even though manually it travels smoothly all the way . What did I do wrong ?

Check the cut motor wires in the top right corner of the cover. The z motor can be stopped by them if they are not tucked in properly.

The bearing on the Y axis were the bearings that came loose?
