‎Registration needed

I turn on the carvewright and on the display it states that ‎Registration (https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0ahUKEwia_eGZi8TVAhUV3YMKHXQkB4AQ0gIILygBMAA&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.dmv.org%2Fca-california%2Fregistration-renewal.php&usg=AFQjCNHyk0SORupFAVr2ICLwRAFQQ0Eoig) is needed
then when I hit enter it want me to enter an unlock code.I never heard of this does anyone know why it isdoing this?

I don't know why it does this but mine occasionally does the same thing. I eventually just wrote the number on the wall next to my machine.

New machines require an unlock code when first turned on. Sometimes the EEPROM memory forgets and the unlock code needs to be reentered. You can find your unlock code by logging into your CW web account.
