Can explain what you want to do? Do you have an example? (What CW software do you have?)

I could make you a rectangular log pattern using extrude. Could you make that work?

I am not sure what extrude is but I thank you for any help.

I did this one in 1.187 using the import image, rectangle and surface tool. I did a search for a log or wooden wall on the www.

Thanks. It was a quick and easy one after I found a good image to work with.

There is a hunter's cabin birdhouse available as a project in the Pattern Depot. Just a thought!

Thank you for mentioning that project. It's one of my favorites! Been hanging on my tree for years, but have only had one bird take residence though. (I think I may have it hanging too near to the ground.)

If interested in a "ready-to-go" project, here is the link: http://store.carvewright.com/product.php?productid=21662&cat=&page=1

I made two of your bird houses and put them up at my summer home with great results, Both were quickly occupied. I did add a round perch just below the entry. that may have made the difference. I also got many compliments from my neighbors who admired the clever design. Going to carve some for gifts.

That is very nice to hear! Thank you!
