EPS to DXF

Will the DXF Importer convert an EPS file to DXF? I thought I read somewhere that it would, but I have tried the trial version of DXF Importer and my EPS file is grayed out.

You need to convert the EPS to a DXF in order to bring it into the DXF importer.

I use Corel to export my eps to dxf. You ever need anything converted let me know :)
