One of my gripes has always been shipping costs on carvewrights website. I just noticed that on bits, programmers, memory cards that Rockler has them for the same price as LHR but offers free shipping on items when you spend $35 or more!

There is no Rockler in Canada.

I buy from Rockler online irregularly (no store nearby) but apparently often enough that I regularly get free shipping coupons in the mail, usually good for several months. If you buy from them you may get similar offers.
