flash card and a friends machine

I have 3.0 my friend just purchased a machine with basic designer. Am i correct in telling him I can save 3.0 mpc files with advanced features to my card and give it to him and it will carve on his machine.

It's like you having a 2nd or 4th machine... so far the software has not used the machine serial number to confirm that the user is paying for 3.xxx but likely something that could be included in a future complete rewrite of the software... So we could call it... Cyber Version... 6.XXX

In this case it would be a lot more than that with all the extras I have. He just dropped a lot of money on the initial purchase and I was just letting him know I could do that if there was something
I could do to help him out.

blhuchens, When I said $200 upgrade I was talking about the Cyber Version ... 6.XXX.
