I need to produce snowboard cores for a small snowbaord company. We make about 175 boards a year. The cores come from aspen planks and need to be cut to about 15"x75". Would this be too long for the machine to keep wood straight. The core just needs to be cut to the shape of a snowboard(rounded tip and tail, bowed in the middle) It also needs to have rounded top edges. Also 6 holes drilled into each end of the board to mount bindings. Would the CC work for this? Is this too much production for this machine? How long would it take to produce 1 core? Any other help would be great.
Thanks,
Jeff
