Need a pattern help

I have this on my refreg. For years and now I would like to see a pattern can be made with out text.
any help would be great.

Yes I might try a trace and do some puffing and take out some detail, the though is what important.

For all the new blender users this is a great little practice opportunity.

Set up your blank by importing the image as a plane. subdivide a few times. Set your multiresolution modifier to 2 and start sculpting. If I spent a few hours this could be a super smooth and detailed pattern. This is a 20 minute effort but have to run to do some errands and then have three other projects in front of the line. Just showing what could be done in a fairly short time period.

I have a pattern like that it's not the same image. The back ground is not removed. BJB

Ok here is my version, did some tracing, puffing, conforming and it was fun, learned a lot. did some pushing and shoving too
thanks for the advice and mpcs. I am still working on it some more later.
