Front track error

I'm getting a warning telling me front track roller stuck. What do I do fix this thanks for info.

The front compression roller is the one on the right side as you are facing the key pad. Usually all you have to do is blow air into the end on the keyboard side while pushing the roller up and down. http://support.carvewright.com/stuck-compression-roller-message/

If you go to www.carvewright.com > Support > Search Support > Type "Compression" > you will get some resources to assist you with this error. There is also a video.
