Help needed with stop sign

Can someone look at my MPC files and tell me will this work. I have a friend that needs 6 - 18"x 18" stop signs for his camping park. I have never did a large sign where the letters fall on the glue up edge. I have not learned this technique. i plan to do the cutout on my band saw. Thanks for your help and suggestions. 7998079981

If you rotated by 90, you could have the edge between the letters. I think that would be easier to finish.

You can also cover the shaped board with red reflective vinyl and the painted attached letters topped with white reflective. You can find reflective vinyl on eBay.

I did not look at your mpc.
