A few years back I made this sign using the CW software and adding some patterns. The sign was exported into a rendering software.

Very Nice, any chance you could share what type of rendering software you used?

I was given the sign in blue, and with a combination of Pattern Editor, 2D and 3D suites and Sculptor I created a design and carved it 20" tall (my first 2 piece sign) in cedar the match the sauna it goes with.
