Help with Marine Enblem

I was asked to make a great project for a friend of mine and the project will contain this emblem. I tried to get a good pattern but am not happy with my results so I was hoping you guys could help.

Edit: If this is no good, you have to find a higher res pic of what you want.

Thank you. I did run the same one you did through Shadermap but it put a background on the picture. Not sure why. Thanks again
