what do you do if the bit plate adj pdf does not help

I have done everything on the bit plate adj pdf and it still does it about 2 out of 3 times.
any suggestions????

I had same problem, especially after upgrading to 119. My temporary solution is not elegant but it works for me. After lowering the head I wedge a small piece of plastic (cover from small package of brads) to hold plate in correct position. After bit has finished homing I open cover and remove.

Like I said it’s not fancy but it works. Hopefully CW can come up with a true solution to this problem soon.
