Horse Head tutorial

I remember there was a horse head tutorial that described the functionality of the STL software. I am looking at starting a few 3d projects. Can anyone direct me to this tip and tricks article. I don't mind buying the pattern, but I remember the tutorial was pretty through. Thanks
