I acquired an A (Craftsman) machine. Are there differences in functionality or accuracy between the two? It has already had the truck/chuck replaced. any insight would be greatly appreciated.

I am not sure about the controllers/ribbon cables. I have "all" the receipts and do not see any for those parts. I will review Al's wonderful library of photos to see if I can determine if they have been done. The machine runs well on a simple carve, is there a reason to replace them if it runs well?

Thanks,
Dian

If it has the new CarveTight chuck then it should have the Z Pack A907 upgrade. You can verify by where the wires for the top cover plug into the card. Without the upgrade they plug into the bottom of the card, with they plug into the top of the card.

All other cables/wire etc are the same from A-B-C.
