Windows 8.1

For some reason my designer program will not open , has anyone else had this problem?

I had the same problem earlier this afternoon. Am running 8.1 also. I ended up having to uninstall designer, download it from Carvewright and install it again. It worked fine after that. Go figure?!?!?! It had run just fine yesterday.

Funny, mine did as well. It complained it could not find the required files. This was on 8.1. Reinstall fixed it as well.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling , same thing. Tried installing and opening as administrator and nothing

Did all of you download using Internet Explorer? Remove installation and download using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Use Run as Administrator (right-click on icon select run as admin from drop down menu) to register or update license.
