What is "Z Axis Stall"?

carved a piece today and just before it was about to do the cut out I got an error code 246 "Z Axis Stall" can anyone tell me what this is and if or what I have to do. Also got "Check cut motor speed" What the heck is that. I'm using version 1.20

I've had the same errors. I think the v.1.20 has some glitches still. Z axis is up-down and mine was fine once the shop warmed up a little.

I'm going to try my first project since upgrading to 1.120 - from the sounds of things, it's a hit and miss proposition. I did not have any problems prior to the upgrade-Keeping my fingers crossed!
