Hi all,

These are the steps that I did. I opened designer, clicked on import, frm file, choose my file, then saved. When I do that it brings to blank screen, and my tools are grey out. I tried to delete but nothing happen. When I click on file I get import, launch designer ect???? I have gotten screen shots of this I am not sure what I am missing or forgetting? I appreciate your patience with me.

Are you importing images? If so all you are doing is putting that image into your pattern library. After doing that you then need to create a new project board. Only after having a project board open will you get the tools to be active.
