Thanks again Blhutchens! I reformated my card before using the machine and now my cut motor doesn't work and got this error code.

A WAG... Wild AL Guess... Some have had problems over the years squeezing the metal of the card to pull it out and it dents the metal. Some reported it caused the card to give errors.. I have never opened a card so I am not sure if the metal case could actually short out something in the card. I have always used a strip of tape on the card making a handle to easily pull the card out.

I would shine a flashlight into the card slot looking for a bent pin too on the computer.

As a last resort... How much dust is inside your computer?

Borrow another card?

Good Luck,

AL

The controller can't talk to the card anymore - the data is corrupt. You can try to reformat, re-flash the firmware, and re-write your project to the card in hope the card can be saved.

I may have two problems on my hand, the error code and the cut motor which stopped working yesterday before it was done. The brushes are brand new and the cover switch also.
While I was trying to start a new project, tested the cut motor first and it's not working and than got the error code.
I don't think the two are related at all.

I was looking at a little how to.. on a post awhile back .. they said to use duct tape on the card as a tab to pull it out.

If you would like to borrow my card, you are welcome to it. Process of elimination, maybe.

Zan29 see if you squeeze the card at the end trying to pull it out. some use packing tape on the end like a pull tab .

I'm afraid it's something else, like I said my cut motor stopped working yesterday. Brand new brushes and cover switch working fine.

Have you double checked all connections or removed the cut motor to inspect it?
