Just a simple carved arc - why isn't it exact

a line with a sweep with an arc in it. I am needing this to be exact, but the software is not allowing me. Basically I have a line that I need carved as an arc. .295 deep with an arc of .295 in its radius. As you can see from the picture, this will not make a perfect arc. See the straight edge towards the top of the edge? Any advice?

What version of Designer are you using? Can you post the mpc? Have you tried extrude? (It is a sweep bug that has not been fixed. A problem with vertical sides if I recall.)
