DXF Converter price problem

I am looking to buy DXF converter. This http://www.carvewright.com/add-on-modules/DXF-importer/ says the cost is $99.99, when I click purchase the price changes to $199.99. Can someone tell me what the correct price is.

It's been $199.00 when I first started over two years ago. And I haven't used it yet.
