need help with a pattern

Hey guys can anyone turn this into a pattern for me the eagle is holding a football in its talons.

The only problem with that one is I don't want the word Eagles in the pattern.

I tried placing the eagle on the board but it is showing a square around the eagle so it will carve a big area I just want to carve out the eagle on a board and then I am going to do a full cut out. is there a way to take the square away from the pattern and just have the pattern carve.?.

Dan, what are you using to fill in the image? I have converted it to gif, svg, made a 3d model out of it and they all look terrible as I try to port it to CW as a clean pattern. This was the best I could do with the gif.

Thanks everyone I am going to use bergerud pattern unless anyone has a better one.
