Different height letters in a string of text

I address this problem some time back, with no answer.
On page 7 of 18 in the 2.0 documation states by highlighting the letter/letters then you can change the points number different the from the rest of the text string.
I still have not been able to make it work. can anyone direct me to or explain how it can be done.
3.0 does not mention at all.

I do this by making each letter with its own text box. You can then make the letter any size you would like. Not sure about a string of text.

It seems that being able to highlight individual letters and resize them as advertised does not, in fact, work. I posted your discovery in the beta test forum. Sorry, but that was the answer.

You will have to work around, as sunmiztres says, by using separate text.
