Why am I getting this WARNING

This is what happens every time I open a NEW project.
If I continue it does open the new project with the correct demensions correctly.

Version 3 on a new Imac

Any ideas...

Try changing the thickness to .75 if you want a 3/4" board. 0.075 is just a little over 1/6" thick. Sometimes I struggle with numbers too.
