I have 4 cards and 3 out of the 4 gave me error messages every time I tried to load a pattern. After talking to tech support and they said I could send them in to be tested for 25.00 . I figured the cards were trashed so I ordered 2 more cards. I took the 3 cards to work with me and I sprayed the cards out with electrical contact cleaner and followed up blowing them out with compressed air, guess what the patterns loaded on all 3 cards , so now I have 6 cards. The electrical cleaner evaporates really fast , we use it at work to get moisture out of the strobe lights on the helicopters. So if you are having problems with your cards give this trick a try , it cant hurt.
