I want to take a rectangle and tilt it at a predefined angle. 30, 67.5, ...
I've searched the forum, but can't seem to type in the right keywords.
Thanks for the help

You cannot rotate, just a vector. You can only rotate a raster.

TRICK: You need to give it a Carve Region and make it into a pattern (raster). Then you can rotate the pattern, outline it and delete the pattern leaving just the vector.

Line segments do rotate. You can make all the sides first and then connect them together using the snap grid.

With the snap grid on, horizontally draw as many line segments as you will need. Select them (one at a time or in groups) and choose their lengths and angles in the edit boxes in the tool bar. Now move a segment to place on of its vertices on the grid. Select one you want adjacent and move it to put its vertex to the same grid point. Select them both (Ctrl click) and connect the overlapping vertices by starting to drag one until a red X appears. Now move what you have created to put the next vertex on the grid. Move in the next segment, select both and connect. Continue until all vertices are connected.

This is how I make regular polygons.
