Using Designer on a 2nd machine

My friend wants to run Designer on her Mac, so she can create some carvings, for me to carve.
Can she simply download and create with Designer, and then give me the files for dumping to my card, and carve?
She doesn't even need to register Designer, correct?
She won't be doing any dumping of files to the interface card, from her computer. Just creation, and sending the files to me, for carving.

I'm a full software owner (1.187), and registered.

Here license or trial period would only be good for 30 days. Also not sure if you can "save" the projects in the trail mode or not. I know she would not be able to upload to the flash card.

Do you have your software installed on one or two computers at your house? If only one then you might be able to activate your second license on her computer.
