Ok, I bought the centerline and DXF importer as well as a 60 degree V-bit.

Now, can anyone tell me why in the second line of the founders (Prucha and Yoder) why they are programmed the same, yet don't have the depth?

We would need to see the mpc I think.
Could be conform vectors off if the surface isn't at 0.00.
Could be a different bit selected accidentally.

Those came to mind first.

I'm curious about the two gouges.

Doc,

I tried to upload the .mpc, but its 4.86 MB and wont upload due to large size. I would be happy to email to anyone that would look at it. Different bit isnt the cause, have verified.

Can you delete most everything but the bad text and make the file smaller?

Ok, cut out the top. Looks like there are some divots in there too, but my depth here is my first concern.

The light line is because it is not bold. It says it is but it is not. Hit bold off and on again and it will fix. As for the divots, it must just be a poor font being used too small.

Look at the sizing on the line above it. When the text is highlighted the white box over laps the line below. Not sure if my eyes are seeing right or not but when I changed the text size it the line below seems to get bolder.

The divits are a result of rotating the font. If you set the rotation to 0 the divits go away.

Hmm, that sounds like a software problem. Good to know.

I'm not absolutely sure. If I set the rotation to 0, drag it to a new location and reset the rotation back to 90 degrees the divits seem to go away also.

EDIT: Sometimes this works. It seems to be random. I might add that I do not have this problem in any other graphic program using the same font. (Corel Draw, Aspire 8, Adobe Illustrator, etc.) So, I think you are right.
