I am planning to make a cutting board using the Carvewright to round off the edges.
I need to be able to make a Juice groove with the machine.

Does anyone know how I would do this in the Designer software? Any techniques that will work in Version 1?

You should be able to do that with a 1/4 ball nose assigned to a vector.

Use a 1/4" or 1/2" ball nose?

I have made several of these for gifts and it might give you a place to start. The name of the wood is only on one side so each side is identifiable. Some like to use one side for vegetables and the other side for meats. Also, I found it easier to delete the round overs in the project and just use the router table.
