my screen on the Carvewright is very dim and hard to read. what do i need to do. do i have to change light bulb?

i hope this is right place to post this

There is a contrast button right there. Does it not help to turn it up?

bergerud,,thank you so much for this, simple when you know what u r doing,not a real nubie but sorta, had machine for awhile but cautious about how far to go

Glad you got it. Don't feel bad I had my machine for about a year and got a blank screen one day and started to panic, went back and read the manual and realized there was a contrast adjustment!

I wish i had got a manual with mine any time i want to look in the manual i gotta come to the forum

You can download a PDF version of the manual for your machine on the CarveWright web site. Go to www.carvewright.com and in the upper right of your screen click on Support then Downloadable Documents and choose the manual you need, click on it to download.
