There seems to be a deal of confusion over the picture sizes you can upload to the forum.
Please look at the size limits carefully and note the difference between .jpeg - 19.5kb with a pixel limit of 620 x 280, and .jpg - 97.7kb with no pixel limit.
I've added samples of my own constructions, drawn in CorelDraw and exported via Corel Photopaint as jpg, to show that each picture can reach the maximum. It's not the total size of the files, either. If you hold the mouse over each thumbnail it will show you the file size.
I've no idea what the difference between jpeg and jpg is, but it probably isn't important here, as most people use jpg anyway :)
