I laid this one out and am not sure if 1/16" bit will cut this small. Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated.

I don't know if it will. 2 suggestions:

1) Make it bigger. Seperate at a paragraph break and carve it on 2 pieces, then join them. That will give a much larger sign though (like 2 14" wide pieces, making a 28" wide board). Or

2) Just take one line or paragraph and carve it on a piece of scrap wood to see how it actually carves at that size.

Do you have centerline text? I've gone that small in centerline with a 60° bit.

OK, I guess you don't have it. Been lots of discussion here.

Send me the text, & I'll put it in centerline. I can't strain to read/copy that as is.

Try this. If you zoom in you'll see that you have come clearance now. I increased the board size a little to 14 1/2" x 26" so you can keep under rollers. You'll need the 60° V-bit
