There have been a few posts with links to sandpaper sanding cones for the dremel.. I can't find them searching cones, spirals or any combinations. There was even a video. Should have saved the link!

Can anyone help? Thanks in advance :)

I posted a video a while back about some sanding disks that I make:

I sell them on ebay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/181649132517?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649

It takes work to sand things up good but they can do things that other sanding disks can't.

Bumping this one :)

Thanks for the replies guys, I will need to get some of Alan's! The ones I am thinking of are thin strips of sandpaper wrapped into a cone shape, and they slip over a split mandrel for the Dremel.

There's a few different kinds at treeline: http://www.treelineusa.com/sanding/detail-sanding-cones

Alan, thank you... that's exactly what I was looking for!

By the way, my son in law LOVED the SARC design, he said every detail was perfect (apparently not usual). I did it in Red Heart, and I think the 12x12x1.5 plaque weighed 20 lbs. It was the perfect Christmas gift. Here is the pine test - didn't take a pic of the final :(
